The
team of specialists of CJSC "NEM" started the repair and
anticorrosion protection of the hydromechanical equipment of the water intake of
the Nizhne-Teriberskaya hydroelectric station.
At
the HPP-19 Cascade of the Tulomsky and Serebryansky HPPs, within three months,
the trash grates and emergency repair gates of the hydraulic unit of station
No. 2 will be repaired.
The
attachment rods will be repaired on the trash racks, the fasteners will be
replaced, the support-runners will be repaired, the liners and fasteners will
be replaced, and the reversing struts will be repaired with the fasteners
replaced.
On
emergency water shutter, it is necessary to replace all rubber seals, repair the running and
side wheels and manufacture with installation
of guide rails on the lower and middle sections.
Upon
completion of the repair, complete corrosion protection of the all metal
structures will be carried out using modern paintwork materials.
